Making a sound command is very simple, and you can have any command you would like – to play any sound you would like!
Under the Actions tab, put your cursor over the Actions panel, right-click > Add.

Name your command and click Ok, I’m naming this one Bonk!

We need to make the command trigger, so navigate to the Triggers panel, right-click and navigate to the following:

Click Create Command.

Name your command and create the actual command trigger. These can be anything you want! For this tutorial and specific sound, I’m using bonk. Click Ok.

For the last step, we’re going to the Sub-Actions panel to add the actual sound that will play when our command is used. Right-click, and navigate to the following:

Locate your downloaded sound file, and click Ok.

Your command you have created should now trigger and play the desired sound on your stream!
